Poor customer service - Consumer Complaint for Western Express Coach WEC, Online Booking, Booking Office Nairobi City

I had booked a ticket to western on the 10th of May to travel at night but due to work schedule I wasn't able to travel tried to enquire but a certain lady Rachel was very rude and told me to leave my tickets if I want that was so mean of her so is my money lost or what kindly advice
