CLAIM FOR MATURED EDUCATIONAL PLAN - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

I just want to claim the educational plan of my son which has already matured last July 1, 2019. Since the Kidapawan is already closed, I decided to call the head office but nobody is answering my questions on how and what to do in claiming the matured plan.
