Death of contract holder - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

OK furniture Maseru Mall-Lesotho refused to help me close my deceased husbands contract. The manager herself dismissed and told me to travel many kilometers to the store which had initially opened the contract. She refused to scan the contract and other documents to the other store so that insurance can cover the item. I am furious because i had to travel for miles just to go sign a mere document. The service is very bad, no customer care at all from the manager. What is more frustrating is when they want a sale, one never has to go to anther store in another district, they deliver.
