OK refuse to resolve the problem - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

OK Furniture - Head OfficeHi.I brought Hisense TV plasma (81CM) on 15th of December 2020 at OK Birch acres Mall Tembisa.This year 2021 it started showing blank then I decide to take it back to the store on the 30th April 2021.They took it back at store and also gave me an invoice stating the TV was received in good condition.They told me to leave it at store and they will call within 21 days to take it.On 8th May 2021 I get a call from hisense(supplier) saying he want directions to come fix the TV ,OK gave him my address when they booked for service and I told him its at the store.Then yesterday on 14 May 2021,they called me to fetch the TV and that it has been fixed but the screen is broken and that one cannot be fixed.They went to claim that I am the one who broke the screen of TV the time I brought it back at the Store.I told them that I will not fetch the TV if it's broken the screen and from that we couldn't reach an agreement.I thought I should write to you before I take any action dealing with this matter.
