Pathetic service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

So tonight i just want to inform everyone to not use vodacom stay away trust me we applied on the 8th of jan for a new fiber installation after big fights thay did fix everything last week fryday the fiber was installed by octotel that's good service from octotel but on vodacom side we wait to put us online monday i call them they said 12 to 48 hours and the man said he will call me back and never did so yesterday i call again the lady said today it will be online. 3 o clock i call again because i have a meeting tonight the man said in 2 3 hours it will be on at 5 pm i call again because its getting late i was on the phone for 2 hours and the lady hang up on me that's bad service and i dont recommend no one to go to vodacom. They also said we get a free month but I would love to know where is the free month if I must start paying end of February for something I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE
