delayed release of payment for educational plan and pension plan - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

sept.16,2016 we submitted the requirements for the lumpsum of my husband's pension plan.we are advised by the manager(baliwag branch)to come back after 6 months for the release,since then I always make follow up but always telling me that it is still in process.its been almost 4 1/2 years,its is still in process?my daughter's educ plan also delayed in issuing cheques for her tuition fees.it was dec.7,2017 I submitted the requirements,3 years ago.
