Good day, on the 14 Dec 2020 I canceled my contract for fibre as I was relocating to Durban, the house I moved too doesn’t have fibre capabilities. SR20121214-967894 was issued, since then my life has been a living hell, I have send from pillar to post, have been asked resubmit documents like 3 times now.
Can you please help. I tried your Twitter account I didn’t get any help. When I follow up on my issue I get issued a new SR number.
