OK Furniture - Head OfficeI bought a stove at OK in carletonville, the stove bursted at first use a technician was sent to fix and still it gave me problem. My problem is how can a new electrical appliance be repaired twice, then there's a fault on that appliance. I asked for a new stove or money back but there floor manager does take my complain seriously, I was referred to Defy for them to handle my problem but I bought the stove at OK not Defy.
