Laybe cancellation - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESI walked into the store got to the till and wanted to cancel my laybe the lady in the till was helpful until Zandi was called who is a supervisor with a attitude and she said she needs a copy of my Identity document since I dont have a receipt I gave her my id she said she needs a copy I must go make a copy... such a big store with no photocopy machine she has a bad manners and she couldn't help me i had to go make a copy at the photocopy store. What a bad customer service will never shop there anymore... This happened on 9th of May.
