Non delivery of goods. Order No 7740 - Consumer Complaint for Welit Trading

I ordered three pairs of Gizeh Birko Flor Birkenstock sandals on 25th May 2020 through your Facebook advert. I have waited patiently until now, 3rd August 2020, in the hope that my goods would arrive. It appears from previous complaints that I am not the only person in this situation. I would therefore be grateful if you could contact me via email to discuss my order or alternatively give me a full refund of £65.28
