Very Poor Client Relationship - Consumer Complaint for Gold Gate Estates

Gold Gate Estates has a very poor client relationship. I was called for an appointment the next day concerning an apartment i wanted. I honored the appointment and was there exactly the said time. The front desk manager called Marcus asked us to wait a while. This was because the man to take us around was not around and from the front desk manager, he was inspecting a facility at a different town. Hence, i told the front desk manager that, he should have called me to inform me of the fact that the agent who we should have gone out with to inspect the apartment was out. He also told me i should have called rather to find out whether to come or not and he was so annoyed and calling me all sort of names. I also called Ohemeng to complain to him and he didn't have the patience to even calm me down when i complained to him. This is not how to do business, you waste my time and resources. You are supposed to treat a client well. I had a lot to do at work and i even had to write a letter for approval before i was allowed to come over. Treat clients well.
