I placed an order online on 29 July and I still have received even though it’s been 6 working days. I contacted the helpline and they said I need to wait an additional 2 working days to receive feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous, because you’re telling me you have no idea where my order is and it’s not in store and I have to WAIT to find out where it is when I’ve already waited the allocated 6 working days
I am appalled at the customer service team because the only answer they can give me is that they have no idea where my order is. That is your job. It’s been 6 working says and I still haven’t received any order
