Vodacom - Head OfficeMy name is Maty I have been a loyal customer over 8 years and at the end of my last contract I was mislead by an agent in a bishop in Claremont Cape town.she told me that my number was blocked that i couldn't even do sim swap and that the number was in my name anymore .I mean time I bough another phone with sim card from another service provider and did inform all my contacts that my vodacom number was blocked. Following day went to another store where they told me that my number was still active on prepaid. This is a very bad service misleading customer.
