Failure to correct fault made - Consumer Complaint for Car Key Center Botswana

I was programming, switching my key to push to start and putting an alarm in my car. Now my car can’t start,the doors won’t lock. I called the Manager many times he kept on promising to come where I was to go fix the car then he won’t answer my calls afterwards. And later switch off his phone. This has been going on for days. Car still parked. I feel really helpless because he is the person i am to report to. I found other customers furious at his work station waiting for him helplessly as well. He is nowhere to be seen. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in Botswana.
