Failure to correct fault made - Consumer Complaint for Car Key Center Botswana

Car Key Center BotswanaI was programming, switching my key to push to start and putting an alarm in my car. Now my car can’t start,the doors won’t lock. I called the Manager many times he kept on promising to come where I was to go fix the car then he won’t answer my calls afterwards. And later switch off his phone. This has been going on for days. Car still parked. I feel really helpless because he is the person i am to report to. I found other customers furious at his work station waiting for him helplessly as well. He is nowhere to be seen. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in Botswana.
