Poor Customer service - Consumer Complaint for Pan De Manila

This is about the behaviour of your cashier at Pan de Manila Market Market.
Ibought bread last Sunday at your store.Igave 1,000 pesos bill and the lady charge me 70pesos but the actual price is 66 pesos.What disappoint me next is they are so rude talking so loudly to each other not minding the customers paying.
Then she didnt gave a senior discount while i gave my Id .
Why those staff are rude and dishonest?
Please do proper action regarding this matter.
