Charging problem - Consumer Complaint for SAFEWAY ELECTRICAL

Bought a shaver two months back. Unfortunately it had a charging problem. I charged it for 8 hours but could only shaved once for five minutes. Battery flat. I charge it again for 8 hours, same problem. Tried for 4 times. Took it back to Clicks. They offer a exchange for a new one, but when the Store manager mentioned it was the fourth came back, I ask for a refund. My wife have a battery and a rechargeble Safeway shaver. No problems. Maybe I must get myself a lady shaver. It is a very nice machine, pity it has a charging problem.
