Bought leather corner unit from Ok Phalaborwa on 1 February 2019, for R24999 cash, one chair is like lazyboy, that chair broke and on 22 January 2020 I reported it at the store, 2 weeks later went back, no respons yet. Waited 2 more weeks nothing, went back on 21 February promise I will get response in 1 weeks time. Today is 3 March and nothing yet. Nearly 2 weeks again. I get now fedup. Good to take my money but no client service. Please advise.
