upgrading without customer knowledge and overcharging customers - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good-Day,

My Name is Nitha, I have been a customer of Vodacom for +-17yrs, my account number is QC-284808-3.
I am on Flexi 55 package in which I get R55 airtime and 500mb of data. I have 3 numbers so I pay +-R200 pm. My account has been upgraded in July to a Flexi 390, this has been done WITHOUT my knowledge.

This resulted in me being in areas for over R1600, which I am not liable for. I opened a fraud dispute case as stated below and the upgrades have apparently been reversed. In the interim all my lines have been suspended and since we are currently working from home this has created a massive inconvenience.
I have called in after receiving the below email.

Contract cancellations has then put me through to customer care, customer care put me through to billings, billings has put me back to customer care who in turn put me back to billings, they have then forwarded the call to retentions who disconnects the call. This has now been going on and on.

Would it be too much to ask for assistance from Vodacom, I need to have the suspensions uplifted so I can cancel my contracts to put them on a pay as you go.
Vodacom service has deteriorated and no-one seems willing to assist. This is a bad reflection on the company as a whole.
