Delays - Consumer Complaint for Overseas Courier Service (K) Ltd

We sent a machine one week ago, from Nairobi to a client in Kisumu. As i write this, the parcel is yet to get to the client and calls to your offices goes unanswered, the whole damn day, no one answers calls. How is this possible?? Kindly look into this, we are loosing loyal clients because of these delays. And the most annoying thing is, we get no information on whether the parcel has been dispatched or just sitting somewhere. This is very bad service and it sucks big time.
