Matress factory fault - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought matress set in November 2020,the bed was delivered in December since i bought Online and they indicated that there is no stock.

The mattress seems to be having a factory fault, it is slowly sinking as if i bought it a year ago and i have used the bed for a month so far, i bought edblo bed in 2019 with OK as well but is looks new to this one, i think there is a factory fault in this bed. I would be happy if you come back to me with feedback.
