I bought a Samsung 49 inch TV today the 26th March 2020.When I connected it at home there were lines and no picture and audio was not audible.I could not take it to the store as it was already after five o'clock and it was the start of the national lockdown.So i have to wait because the store will open on the 16th of April 2020.So I am so worried because I have to wait for the three weeks to pass.

I am so disappointed,my R4800.00 went down the drain.Thank you OK furniture store,so I am stuck with a new TV set which is not working because you said you are not responsible for repairing the broken inside screen.I will never buy anything from your shop.I bought most of my furniture and appliances from you guys but NIE MEER NIE.Your service left me heartbroken with no money I worked hard and save to buy the TV set.It is well with my soul.
