Hi I'm Mrs ndlovu from Mtubatuba I bought a bed from one of your stores at Mtuba in 2018 the bed springs were making a lot of noise even if you are trying to move from the bed I went back to the store and reported the problem I was told they would come and sort the problem out which they did, at first the second bed felt better but as months goes by we are experiencing the same problem with this second one so I am disappointed on you and I feel like I've been robbed my money since I took this suite on credit this means I will pay a sum of money close to 20k for this nonsense!the first problem we got is that you people delivered a queen sized headboard and a king sized bed how do you explain that when we went to the store again we were told that it was a last suite the factory will not make a new headboard blah blah blah and again we had to hire someone to do the adjustments for us!having dealt with that there is this thing so called a bed in my bedroom which I'm paying for n will be paying for months no matter what!I still own a bed which I bought 2015 from a Chinese shop and is still in perfect condition the time is 1:03 In the morning and I'm pissed as I was getting out of bed to pee m very disappointed on you!!!!
