Non Performing Spark Plugs - Consumer Complaint for Toyota Kenya Ltd

I bought spark plugs & fitted them on 02/09/2018. Ever since the car has lost ability to pick up speed whereas the sparks plugs removed after 30,000km are better than the new ones. What is the problem and remedy available for me.
