On the 8th of June 2020, I bought a stove at OK furniture in Pongolo my account number is 6648/014001/01, I have also attached slip of purchase on the 3rd of February 2021 I asked Zamo to go to OK furniture at Pongolo to report a stove that wasn't working it took ( he reported the issue to the manager). They only went there on the 10th of February took them a week to finally go and check what was wrong with the stove which they did identify the problem and told Zamo they will come back and fix the problem.
today is the 26th of February 2021 we are still waiting for them to come back and fix it. I am not happy with the service I have received from OK furniture as I bought the stove cash and didn't give them any problems.
Basically we haven't been able to cook for the past 3 weeks because of your Incompetence . Can you please attend to this matters ASAP as it is now urgent
