Bad service - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought the defy washing machine in 2017.04.22 at ok durban in west street with the 3 year warranty plus 2 year extension of warranty,my machine stopped working and logged the claim with ok the guy helped me telling me that I must brought the machine at the shop I did so.Only to find out that he told me the wrong information when the guy from defy came to fix the machine I phone them and the manager told me to fetch the machine which I have to hire the truck again to fetch it, to her it was nothing I have to wait about a month with the broken machine ,she did not apologize about her staff of giving me the wrong information and wasting my time and my machine is still not fixed I dont know what to do please help.
