Novalue for money, cheap finishing, arrogant - Consumer Complaint for Tofina Rom Builders Ltd

I rented an apartment at tevody heights. There have been issues with leaks and water. Water is brown and contaminated. Spoke to landlord and she contacted developer. I never seen such an arrogance. Unfriendly, the apartment complex was done poorly, people invested their hard earned money for a very bad investment. Even though i dont own i feel so badly for the owners. They just took the owners money and did not do the work properly. This is so Sad. The landlady even told me that some people even have leaks from the roof. Water just coming in and messing the olaces.
