Pathetic behaviour by manager Reza Khan!!!! - Consumer Complaint for Fego Caffé

Whilst waiting 20 minutes to be served before deciding to leave I had the horrifying experience watching the disgusting behaviour of Manager Reza at King Dhaka Airport. He spoke to the staff in an abusive manner and was literally screaming across the room for orders. He repeatedly mentioned how he should resign and created such a tense environment that made all customers uncomfortable. He needs to be dealt with and this branch definEly needs better management or they stand to lose more customers like myself. I await urgent feedback from Fego regarding this matter.
