My kid can not go into store - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

My kid that is 2 years can not go into shop with me. You sell kids clothes but we are not allowed to take them inside with us. So where do I leave my kid - in the car? It is against the law to leave my 2 year old kid in the car, but also against the law to take him or her with me into the store. How inhuman is that
