Hi hope you find this complaint inconsiderate....I’m typing currently from Clicks pharmacy in Orange Farm Eyethu Mall,I find it very distressing and unprofessional for your pharmacist to be asking for permission from the main member of the medical aid and making them aware that one is in purchase
My story is I have my baby covered on his baby daddy medical aid,please note I haven’t been in contact with the father for 3years so this was an agreement we had....so please put yourself in my shoes,what if the main member is in a meeting or cannot answer their phone?it means I won’t be able to purchase medications for the baby...I find this process unnecessary when Discovery notifies it’s clients,I felt like I’m stealing from the medical Aid because I’m not added to it... but funny thing is all required documentation are provided and what’s mostly annoying again is it is not the first time I’m buying from this pharmacy and this is the only Clicks the Only I mean who does this..even click in the riskiest places like park station.
Please look into this
I was assisted by Sabelo Sithole I almost lashed on the poor guy cause of my frustrations that’s clicks fault.
