A den of thieves - Consumer Complaint for Cooperative Bank Plc

I have helping my friend Susan Anderson retrieve money left to her in an account at that awful bank, since April 2015. Far from expiditing this matter, various staff at that rotten bank have scammed me out of about $au 30,000.00 in regular payments, and refused to furnish a copy of the bank statement, or an account of the money I have paid or the money still owing.I can provide a record of the payments I have made, but I need to know if you can help me before I embarrass myself further.
