I'm not happy with the service received at Zevenwatch Kuils river. I made a laybee in 2020 and after that I could not finished the laybee since my husband was not working we could not continue with the laybee. We had to move as we were struggling. I have visited the branch for a refund and I was told to provide an affidavit since I lost the til slip. I have manage to do so. The following week I visited the branch to submite the requested document, the lady advised me they do not have cash in the till. She will call me during the week and advise me when to collect the money. I still accepted what she told me with no question asked. Weeks passed no call was made. I then made the call to the store and I was advised to come Saturday 13 everything will be sorted. Today I was told they don't have the affidavit which I gave them. I have wasted 400 already with the traveling. I'm taking a Uber taxi each and everytime visiting the store. I was told to go back to the police station again to make another affidavit. I need this matter sorted because I'm not planning visiting the store again to deal with people who does not care about customers. I have supported the business for year.
