Poor service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

We lodged a complain on the 20 October 2020 for the Sofas which are cracking at Bradlows Pretoria west and it was forwarded to the Bradlows vermeulen. Sofas were collected 2 months ago to date still waiting. Can we please get our money back. We are tired of waiting.
