On the 9th September 2020 I purchased a sealy Tivoli 152cm base set from the Newcastle branch and I picked up a problem with the mattress in December. I phoned the store in January and spoke to the sales lady Nondumiso and th manager Botha and logged my complaint. I was told that I must pay a warranty fee of R920.00 for the mattress. I am so disgusted about the service. I have called the customer complaint department and still this problem has not been resolved.
