Refund - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a laptop at Bradlows Matatiele and that laptop had a factory fault,I had to return it .They said that they're out of stock so I should wait but I preferred a refund and I applied for it , until now I'm still waiting for my money.They said I should wait for 2 weeks and now the 2 weeks is over still I haven't received my money back.
