Driver/Agent very unreliable - Consumer Complaint for LBC Express/Cargo UK

Hi, I scheduler pick up of my box 27th of August 2019 and until now 4th of October 2019 still not being picked up. Called the driver, left message, send text messages. When I luckily managed to contact him by phone, Ang sbi ng driver name Alex na bakit now lng ako tumawag (end of September). I have records ng phone call at text ko sa kanya and sasabihin now lng ako ngtawag and text. Ngpaschedula ako sa kanya today (Friday) to pick up the box. Tinexr ko sya last night and called left message. This morning also called(no answer) sent text ng aking address. Tpos ngtext sya ang sabi”anong address? ilang box? “ which i replied straightaway. Tpos ng message sya “sabi ko po anong address at ilang box po?” I replied again and left voice message, ngtext sya ulet “hindi po kayo nkakaintindi”. Sent my complete address again and again and called (no answer). How can this be like this? Lasing ba si manong? I really don’t undertand why is it like this? I called the LBC kc dapat coordinated sila. Why is he asking my address so many times if LBC is properly coordinated with him. It is just out of order this transaction. Unacceptable. Why do we have to experience like this? Sana ma actionan ito ng LBC company.
