Refund or New Couches - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

In 2018 I bought couches for my Parents at midrand boulders branch and they where delivered to my Parent's house in the Free State. Within a year they started tearing and I laid a complaint and in 2019 two couches were picked put for repairs, leaving my parents with a three seater that needed to be repaired as well. To date we still haven't received anything, My Father paid the for repairs and in 2020 February 27th, welkom Branch manager told us that the factory for those couches closed down. I have been following up since 2019 and even My dear Mother passed away last year and I am still following up because for two year they been left with one three seater.

On the 26 April 2021 after calling finally, Midrand boulder Branch Manager called me and advised that I need to come in an choose new couches, however I need to find my own transport for them to be delivered to free state. when I bought the couches I paid for the delivery and again not sure why my father paid for repairs as there couches were still within the warranty period.

Two things that will be a solution for this problem. Full refund of the amount I paid thus far for the couches and father's for repairs money or New couches with delivery to free state ASAP.

I did send images to the Sales person at boulders branch, was happy with sale at that time and never assisted me with the complaint.
