Rip Off Laptops Inspiron 15 - Consumer Complaint for DELL COMPUTER (PTY) LTD - HEAD OFFICE

These laptops have a known issue with the keyboards. Keys fall off and in some instances do not register when typing fast. The internet is full of these complaints dating back at at least a year. Dell have done nothing to rectify the issue and continue selling these faulty machines. Then their customer service is less than useless. They set an appointment to inspect the machine and cancel at the last minute. We paid a lot of money for what is essentially a useless product that adds no value to our company.

I have lodged a complaint with the NCC requesting that they investigate and prosecute Dell for selling these faulty machines.
