Refund for a deposit - Consumer Complaint for Maxprop Amanzimtoti

Maxprop AmanzimtotiWe paid a deposit when we rented a flat at lotus park under the name of Mr Maharaj in July 2017. In October we had to leave the place because it was storm damaged, since then we have been requesting for our deposit but we have been sent from pillar to post without getting the money back. Please assist us.
