Attitude Cashier - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Earlier this afternoon I was at Puregold Deparo Caloocan City. My transaction date was 05/02/2021 17:51 , my total transaction is 1,054.60 and my ONLY cash I have is 2k in 2pcs 1000 bill. The cashier asked me if I have 55 pesos or 100 even 5 pesos. And I replied none of those because I don't really have the coins or other bills aside from what I have. And by the way the cashier name is C: 141 Janine / B : 1 bagger. The attitude of your cashier and bagger is so rude. Because when the bagger arrived , he asked the cashier " bat galit ka nanaman? " may binulong ang cashier na ikinatawa ng bagger. At puro dabog na ang ginawa nya pati way ng paglagay ng pinamili ko sa plastic at pagbigay ng sukli ko. And hindi ako tanga para di mahalata na na-badtrip sya dahil wala akong ibang bills or coins na hinihingi nya dahil short sya sa bills na panukli nya. And hindi ko kasalanan bakit wala sya panukli or di ko naibigay ung hinihingi nyang certain amount of money. Eh paano kung wala naman talaga ko talagang dala ibang coins tulad kanina, entitled na ba sya magsungit at magdabog sa harapan ng customer gaya ng ginawa nya sakin kanina? And magbulungan sila ng kasama nyang bagger sa harap ko dahil badtrip sya sakin is too much of disrespect as customer. I work before in customer service but I never act that way towards the customer just because they don't have the certain amount I asked for. Hindi ko problema ang wala sya panukli para pagdabugan at bastusin ako ng ganon. I hope you don't tolerate this kind of customer service and I hope I can hear from this branch. Thank you!
