11 months and contract still not transferred - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good morning. In January this year we went to the Vodacom shop at Cavendish Square to renew a contract and get a second contract transferred into my adult, fully employed, daughters name. We provided all the requested documentation. Nothing changed. We have subsequently followed and resubmitted the required documentation at that shop, twice at another Vodacom shop and have tried to get help via messenger on your facebook page. Still nothing has changed. It is not only inconvenient but is also wasting massive amounts of time as we resubmit documents, follow up on calls and emails and every month having to transfer money between accounts. We have been loyalVodacom customers for a very long time but we are not being looked after. Please can you sort this out for us?
The account number is 12147397-6. The number of the contract in question is 0735725335. The attached photograph was not to the shop that we started at, but to a person who we approached in desperation as she is very good, but even she has not been able to help.
