Very very bad service - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I'm even tired of complaining now as I get nowhere doing it it's 1 of your branches in western cape don't take care of there cash customers they want to give you a run around service where you need to go pick up your own goods from the warehouse plus they take your money and tell you they waiting for stock but the stock came in and they still have the audacity to tell you yours did not come
