LAZY RIDERS - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

So my parcel was sent back to the sender kasi di naman nadeliver ng maayos. Required ba talaga na may load tayo palagi dito? Rider was sending text for a sketch. I am located far from the town, so i wasn't able to reply back. Walang load. But isn't it the rider's responsibility to try to search for the receiver's location? Ano pong point na naglagay ng address di naman hahanapin? Napakaliit lang po ng barangay namin. Di pa nag attempt mag deliver. I should have known the name of this rider kasi naka deliver na to sa kin before. Andito pa rin yung text nya the last time. And same yung routine nya nagtetext. Nagkataon lang may laman gcash ko nun. Naka load ako. But there are actually riders who were able to deliver to our place na walang tawag o text man lang. Is it possible to report the rider using his phone number? Hoping for a response
