Smelly and gone off food - Consumer Complaint for Srmt Construction

My order from mochachos Midrand carlswald was gone off the smell was unbearable, it was a phone call order which was a pick up by me,i spoke to the Manager and She told me that she will send a driver to replace it, it's now gone 45 minutes and nothing done,i called back and canceled it,according to the manager They are still waiting for a driver. Shouldn't Costumers like Us get quick service knowing that Their reputation is getting bad?
