Rude staff at the reception and the nurses - Consumer Complaint for Pandya Memorial Hospital

I have been visiting Pandya for a while now because of my sons Paediatrician and well being clinic and I always have the worst service ever...
I have been complaining writing emails but never ever received a response...
the staff are rude and gang up together to make you look like you have done a maitake going for service I was overcharged it’s my card and getting an explanation was the worst mistake I did words were thrown from one corner to another..
Something has to be done
Can Pandya rate their staff for excellent customer service or else so many people are suffering inwardly for lack of options.
Nobody cares at all especially the reception area I need feedback from the customer complains team this must be addressed. If a staff can not adjust to change then they have no business to be in such an institution.
