Rude Supervisor - Consumer Complaint for Springbok Apteek

Your floor Supervisor on the lower level effectively called me a lier this morning 21 September 2018 at about 10:30 hrs. The worst part of it I was not even talking to her but she found she had the right to make comments about me. Is this the approved and encouraged behaviour for your staff?
