Delayed in releasing of benefit - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

My daughter educational plan was delayed. They released the benefit last january 2019 that was supposed to be on january 2018. Until now I haven't received any amount from then. They always break their promise and assurance to me.
