I bought defy washing machine and it only wash but not spinning at ok denlyn mall,they refuse to refund me or exchange it.i just feel robbed

I bought a coffee table .at Randfontein OK branch on special around September 2020 last year by December 20 legs are coming out im not satisfied at all.I went to the branch but did not recieve a response.I regret buying from this branch.
