Im writting this to report to the unproffessional way in which I was treated at your store in Welkom Free State.
I made a laybye on the 1 st March 2020 for a 4 plate cable stove as it was on special at the time,I deposit R2000.00 on the price of R3390.00 with the intention of getting it within the next month but due to lockdown i couldn't as your shop was closed.Now that I went they want to charge me a different price(R3900.00) and that was not the contract signed.Please can you look into this as I am a pensioner and cannot afford R510.00 more I did not ask Covid to happen, as far as I understand you can only sell big appliances within level 3 and i was willing to pay balance and wait for level 3 to pick up therefore I am appalled at them telling me I should buy a kettle or iron with my product at this time.WHY???Also insisting that I use your transport,I refuse as my son will do this for me for free.
This is exploiting us as pensioners and I will not stand for it.Please contact me soonest as I will be taking this futher if not dealt with accordingly. .Thank you

Comment Same thing happend to me I took a 55 inch tv in 2018 I was paying my instalments the whole time Last year September I paid R4000 and my instalment is suppose to be R588 I was left with paying only R1200... Which of it includes admin fees ect I not sure why we suppose to pay them adim fees... Last week they called me I now owe R3317 which Im really furious with because ti my surprise they now saying I have not pay them in a whole year but I just paid them R4000 which is suppose to be for 3 or 4 months instalments... Now they have a never to tel me that if I do not pay their money they will repo the tv.... What admin fee is this that we should pay and we all are in the pandemic but they act like we not I had rude consultants calling me their legal department calling me treating me... I a really very unhappy customer
