Bad attitude to the patients - Consumer Complaint for Far East Rand hospital

SENDER
Sharol
Yesterday I was at the far East Rand hospital and the way they treat us patients it's a no,no. I went there because I have pains and cramps in my stomach, also experiencing right abdominal pain. But they didn't bother to check what's going on with me,they just gave me pills to drink and those pills they are not even making me feel better. I asked them what's wrong with me they didn't tell me, they just told me to drink the pills and told me I shouldn't come back there,I should go to the clinic. There is this sister, her name is Sarah, she has an attitude to wards the patients.please whoever is responsible for that hospital should do something about this, there are patients who are really sick and looking for a serious medical attention but from were am standing and what I saw yesterday,it's impossible for them to get some help because of other doctors and nurses who rude and don't wanna do their work

I can agree with what Sharol is saying, public hospitals have a bad reputation but the truth is there's nothing wrong with the hospitals the hospital staff is the problem. I don't understand why people chose careers that they know exactly that they cannot tolerate in the end they make other people's lives miserable. On the 13 August 2020 my 16year old daughter went to the hospital to give birth, I'm not sure exactly what happened that night but they ended up cutting her ( C-Section) without my consent. What upset me the most is that nobody gave me a call to talk to me about this and I couldn't even ask questions when I went to fetch her because we are not allowed to go in due to the situation ( Covid-19) that we are faced with currently. I feel very upset and disappointed about this, and I still cannot believe that there are still people who take things for granted so much in our Health system because this is against the law somebody can lose his or her job over something like this. I don't think some of our Health workers realise how much do they impact other people's lives with their actions whether good or bad. Working with people lives is one of the most important jobs in the world, yet there are people who still take this for granted and to make it worse they get away with these bad tendencies. This is not acceptable and something needs to be done to address this.
