Waiting for over 2 months - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Good day, I am complaining with regards to a phone that was sent in on the 10th of July 2020 for repairs, please note the phone was 8 days old. The staff at Toti Mall has been very friendly and I believe just as frustrated as I am, as they were told a month ago that the phone could not be repaired and a new phone would be sent. When one buys a phone it is because you need a phone, not to sit without a phone for over 2 months.
I would appreciate feedback ASAP! the complaint was also lodged with the regional Rep for Pep stores a couple of weeks ago. Please this is getting ridiculous. - Amanzimtoti
